Called in to do a psychological test, was told by the secretary there are no wrong answers. They never moved on from here. I asked for feedback and was told the testing is to show if I fit the department style. So I guess there is wrong answers. They keep reposted these jobs and I keep applying but they ignore me. I reached out to HR and asked if I should even bother continuing to apply as this position is all that I'm qualified for and she told me yes. I never hear from them though. I have never been contacted for an interview where the testing is the first step to screen people, not giving a chance to market yourself in an interview. I wonder what the testing actually means.
