Only several days after submitting the application I received an email with instructions to take online tests, compose a verbal and email response to a situation, and craft a technical narrative to solving a disk configuration issue. After completing those tasks I received an invitation to an online interview. I met with two company representatives but only one talked. Friendly conversational style. He shared information about current staffing needs indicating many positions are needed for current business growth. He seemed very pleased with the outcome of the interview. It took about a week for an email indicating no offer sighting overwhelming interest from many candidates. This conflicted with what the interviewer stated, in fact he stated I was the only candidate who understood what the job was about. Because the company profile promotes " respect, and open communication" I sent a follow up email asking for input for improvement. No reply.
