My interview process started with an HR call where the interviewer was about 20 minutes late without notice. During the call, she mentioned that I looked overqualified for the position except for not having used some headless CMS platform directly, which I clarified wouldn’t be a problem since I’ve built such systems from scratch before. She said she would speak with her manager and get back to me. No one ever contacted me again. No update, no feedback, no rejection email. The position was later closed with zero communication. For a company that presents itself as professional, this level of inconsistency and lack of respect for candidates’ time was very disappointing.
