I initially had a video interview with the recruiter. The second round was conducted in person at their Amsterdam office, where I met with the HR Business Partner and another HR Administrator. Following this, a third-round video interview was scheduled with the HR Director and Operations Manager. Unfortunately, when I joined the video call at the agreed time, neither the HR Director nor the Operations Manager attended. After waiting, the HR Business Partner joined the call to inform me that the interview had been cancelled, as they had decided to proceed with another candidate. I found this experience to be highly unprofessional, especially considering the time and effort candidates invest in the interview process.
