My initial interview was about a month after my application, the interviewer didn’t even remember what position I was interviewing for (they had to ask me). The second interview was with two other engineers and the questions they asked were on point. Heard nothing afterwards for weeks about whether they settled on someone. I ended up finding out through indirect means that they had already hired externally. Much later a follow-up email was sent, offering a one-on-one if we wanted to get feedback about the interview. I responded that I did...and nothing happened. I am really disappointed with how this whole process went and likely will not apply to this department again.
