Providence Clinical Supervisor interview questions

The clinic supervisor will be a working supervisor position and will support our Women’s Clinic located at Providence St. Vincent in Portland. This position will have 18 direct reports including certified medical assistants, clinical care coordinators, and medical scribes. What experience/skills do you have working as a medical assistant or clinical care coordinator that would support this type of position?

Some of the duties for the clinic supervisor include scheduling and managing daily clinic staffing, hiring, performance management/goal development, 1:1 rounding with staff, attending specialty supervisor meetings, etc. Please tell us about how your past or present experience(s) would align well with the Clinic Supervisor opportunity?
