Interview
September TIP program. Applied, no decision, unfortunately. There was an online interview through the virtual process - recording necessary right after job submission. Questions need to be answered immediately right after starting the interview. Due date was not listed in any of Providence website so I assumed I have to take an interview right after job submission.

Interview
The interview was a group interview. Youre in a room with 5 other questions. 90% of the questions were scenario based and everyone had different questions. You are then given a case study to work on with other interviewees.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you gave false hope and how did you address it?
it was a 3 person panel in a conference room, the interviewers provided minimal feed back but were reassuring when I felt I was stumbling a lot. Overall I felt really unsure but I think that was due to lack of preparation on my part.
I applied online for the Burbank location. I then got a text survey. Then I was able to schedule my in person interview. I was interviewed by a panel of three nurses. They asked six behavioral questions, and then one case study. I just felt from the start of the interview that the interviewers were very cold towards me, and not very welcoming even though I had a very positive attitude and I went in confident. The way that they were towards me just turned me off to the entire hospital in general and made me rethink if this was even a hospital i’d want to work at. They update you if you got the job 2-3 weeks later (just did my interview yesterday)
