When applying for multiple positions you'll receive text interview questions for each job, without specifying which position you're responding to - I'd have to go to a PC in order to try and determine which questions were for which job. Then, the same issue arises with AI (one sided) interviews - You will end up repeating the same processes numerous times before ever speaking to a human. I ended up deciding against this company due to how unorganized and demeaning the interview processes seemed for me. Other healthcare companies, such as UHG follow similar procedures, however are much more organized/ streamlined and there is human interaction via email. The questions and prompts themselves were average.
