I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Providence (El Toro, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
Contacted me within an hour of application submittal, set up phone interview within a week. Hiring manager claimed he was impressed and I would be fast tracked to the final interview, gave me all his critical info including person cell number, and then I was ghosted. No response to any texts, email, or voicemail. Finally after a month I received a system generated message that they were looking for candidates that more closely matched their requirements.
So I went from perfect fit on the fast track, to no fit at all within no time flat.
