Basic HR, Technical, Management Interview. Some technical exams and take home exams. Also did a brief discussion on how i would develop a current project they have so it was like me consulting for free

Basic stuff like personal details, education, work experience and capabilities. You just need to elaborate on the projects you handled, if applicable.
It took the whole process 5 months, repeating unnecessary interviews and slow updates on application. They initially offered a different position to the one I'm applying for after a couple of months, but still waited for the position I was applying for.

Interview
The process took more than a month due to the company migrating to a newer system plus it's Holiday season.
First is the initial interview with the Hiring Manager after taking the technical written exam.
Next is the technical interview with the Delivery Manager, this is about the written exam and the fundamentals of programming.
Third is the interview with the Marketing Manager, this is about how well will you fit in to their culture.
The final interview is with the General Manager, this is mostly a recap on the previous interviews and getting to know your future boss.
