I had three interviews, took an hour-long test, and provided a background check application but didn't get the role. Rejections are obviously part of the job hunt. I'd hoped Prowess could provide feedback on why I didn't get the role after I took the time and energy to go through their whole interview process. My rejection email stated I wasn't a good fit for the role. I asked if it had to do with the test results or where they saw potential room for me to grow so I could take that into account for my job hunt. No reply. It comes off and rude and inconsiderate after spending hours interviewing and testing.
