I interviewed at Proxima (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Turned off by this process after initial call with the recruiter. She didn’t seem knowledgeable at all. I didn’t expect her to be an expert in procurement, but it was such a cookie cutter conversation and she came across as fake.
I decided not to move forward with further interviews because of the experience.
Proxima had a great interview process. First round screening with HR followed by discussions with the members of the team. Questions were a mix of technical, case study, and very focused on project experience and stakeholder management. There was also a clear sense of the culture. Ultimately, I decided not to proceed.
