Interview
After sumbitting my application online, I took an assesement which qualified me for an initial meet and greet. After the meet and greet, I was invitied for a formal interview. The last interview consisted of meeting with the managing director of the office that I applied to.
Online interview, asked mostly personal questions and about experiences in financial field. Interviewers were very nice would recommend. Come prepared to answer some questions regarding organization and other skills as well.
Pretty standard interview process. Went thru 3 rounds of interviews; explaining the day-to-day role, getting to know me and my professional goals, and final interview with a compensation plan.
Prior to the interview - there was an online webinar that explained the opportunity. This helps narrow down candidates who were more interested in the salary than the actual job duties.
