Interview
Phone interview at first, then a series of online assessments, then 3 different face to face interviews, overall it took almost 3 months to get accepted into the CDP Career Development Program, which I successfully completed in 3-6 months.
Online interview, asked mostly personal questions and about experiences in financial field. Interviewers were very nice would recommend. Come prepared to answer some questions regarding organization and other skills as well.

There were three rounds of interviews, the first with a manager, followed by a group Zoom call, and finished with another one-on-one with a manager. It was not hard, they asked basic questions. They care more about personality and work ethic than prior work experience.

Pretty standard interview process. Went thru 3 rounds of interviews; explaining the day-to-day role, getting to know me and my professional goals, and final interview with a compensation plan.
Prior to the interview - there was an online webinar that explained the opportunity. This helps narrow down candidates who were more interested in the salary than the actual job duties.
