I was an internal employee interviewing for the underwriter trainee class. There were two rounds of interviews. The first with 2 underwriting managers, the second was with a manager and a director. Normal tell me about a time questions- behavioral interview questions. Also had to do an online assessment (verbal reasoning and math) and a personality profile. The assessment was the most difficult part. Thought everything went well, but didn't get a final offer. I think I was a bit overqualified for what they were looking for. There were over 400 applicants so getting to the 2nd round interviews was not easy.
