I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Prudential in Nov 2020
Interview
I was referred to the role by a contract recruiter who forwarded my resume to their team. 1st Round: The recruiter didn't call for our scheduled call. She had to reschedule for later that day. 2nd Round: Spoke to the HR Director. I thought the interview went very well as we connected about the role and I was looking forward to the possibility of next steps. I never heard back from the company after that. I reached out to the recruiter but they ended up ghosting me. A bit frustrating after having 2 calls with the company and connecting well about the role. A simple "thanks but no thanks" would have been appreciated.
