I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Prudential (Iselin, NJ) in Dec 2008
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. There was nothing unusual or particularly grueling about it. I met with various sales and marketing managers. It just took a long time to complete the interview process (3 months) before an offer was extended. I've heard from other candidates that their interview and offer process took just as long or longer.

Question 1
Do you believe that marketing should seek sales input when creating marketing strategy?
The recruitment process commenced with an initial interview, which was conducted by the HR department. This step, a standard screening phase, seemed to proceed smoothly. However, following this promising interaction, the communication from the company ceased abruptly. Despite repeated attempts to reach out, my emails and calls went unanswered, leaving me in the dark about my application status. This lack of communication from the company's end was both surprising and disconcerting. It transformed what initially seemed like a professional hiring process into an extremely frustrating experience, marked by an unexpected silence and an unexplained withdrawal from engagement.
Online assessment then invitation to interview afterwards. First a screening phone interview then followed by in person interview at their New Jersey office. Interviewers were very technical. Not the best experience. No feedback provided
