I was interviewed once by a hiring staff at school then again at their office in Newark by 4 other people. The first interview was basic getting to know me and the company. The second one consisted of basic technical programming question from their staff.

What is the difference between how Java handles memory compared to C++
Nice process and flow. Interviewer was nice with clear description of what was expected from the role, with smooth appliction process overall. Did not get follow up though, but seems a nice place to work at.
it was not so bad. There was not a lot of time to think about answers to the questions they were asking even though it was over video though. Doing the practice questions helped.
