Interview
Spoke to the hiring manager first, which I appreciated. Then spoke to HR and another Vice President. Questions were standard with some emphasis on capital markets background. Job was remote.
There were five rounds of one on one interviews, that were conducted virtually with at least two interviewers. with the final interview being with an HR specialist to determine personality and leadership fit.

The interview was fairly straight forward. I interviewed with an HR rep first and then the hiring VP. Then the team in a panel interview and the VP over the department.
