The interview process was fairly typical. I applied via the careers section of company website. A few days later, I received a call from staffing to discuss the position, my salary requirements, and to answer some brief questions on background and availability. The first interview included multiple directors within the department. After the first interview, an assessment is required for math, verbal and situationally based questions. The assessments are completed at online (at your home). They are time constrained and quite difficult. I honestly thought I did terribly only to receive a call the following day requesting me to setup a second interview. This interview was with VP and higher staff within department. After the interview, I received a call from staffing indicating the feedback was positive from interview process. Two days later, an offer was presented. After the offer, you must go through a background and credit verification. The final step in the process is to complete the drug screening.
