I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in Nov 2015
Interview
I was called in for an interview very quickly. I was asked to come in for a second interview a week later. There was a delay between the second and final interview which I attributed to the holiday break. After my final interview, I thought I might hear before the Christmas break and if not definitely the week after. I did not hear from them at all. I had to follow up with the HR recruiter to find out I did not get the job. The people I spoke with were lovely however I was a bit upset that no one notified me that they filled the position considering it was down to two people.
