The recruiting process started with a phone interview. After couple of weeks I was screened to take an online test. After passing he online test, they asked me for an in-person interview. Went there had an interview with 3 of the managers and after went for a plant tour. Was a nice experience, but didn't make the cut.

The interview with senior management went strange. The questions were mostly technical (that could be and were addressed during previous rounds) and less about soft skills. Overall tone felt very disrespectful, like if it was a 1st year university exam with strict docent. It was unfortunate and unpleasant despite other interactions within the interview process went fine.

Short impersonal one-on-ones with Operations staff who were available. Quality manager was only interested in how the role could help the Quality team. Long process with very poor communication throughout the ambiguous stages.
Interviewer was approximately 40 minutes late to the interview. Although the interview itself was delightful, it still demonstrated a lack of organization to me. The hiring manager is also delightful to speak with and very quick to respond.
