Una prima chiamata da persobale HR segue dopo feedback positivo colloquio conoscitivo in cui approfondire la posizione e l'offerta. Successivamente con responsabile dipartimento R&D per capire meglio le attività. Segue un feedback definitivo e poi risposta di accettazione o rifiuto.

Interview
Started off with a tour of the facility. Ended with a conversation with the lab manager and engineering manager . No personality from the lab many and she seemed ill prepared for the interview.
I interviewed for this position before and was offered the job. I declined. This is the second interview and they did not reach back out to me .
