Question 1
Describe a time at work when you failed to make a customer happy.
Set up a virtual interview a week in advance. Once on the call, recruiter only asked one question pertaining to my location. Said I was too far (although my address is attached to my application and I was aware of what location I applied to) and that he would make a note to a recruiter closer to my area. I received an email the position was filled after and no update.
