The interview process was very easy and unprofessional. We talked about politics and about how my interviewer's house had recently burned down. He stated that having a conversation about random topics helps him get a feel of his interviewees and what type of the people they are.

Short, phone screening before real interview called almost immediately feom indeed job posting the interview felt rushed and not really interested in quality ppl because the pay is so low for the job description
