In a word- lengthy. 4 step process: Be prepared in steps 1-3 for constant note taking- these notes will follow you to your 4th interview.
Heads up- this company's philosophy is all about knowing your weaknesses and having plans to improve them. Do not expect to move forward if you cannot do this! Google it for some advice!
#1: Phone Interview- about 30 minutes, basic stuff. Make sure you have strengths and weaknesses ready to discuss.
#2: In Person with 2 immediate supervisors. Three hours long- be prepared to talk about strengths, weaknesses, turning "B & C players" into better employees. Will go through all previous work experience listed on resume. One of the 2 supervisors will type constantly, filling out a check box of YES or NO on pre-determined script questions. This will follow you to the 4th and final interview step.
Somewhere in this process (between #2 & #3) you will be given a "DISC" personality test link to complete. It is about a 10 minute simple survey that then generates a 44 page report that is supposed to be incredibly detailed about all your strengths and weaknesses. Embrace this report because to this company it is you to at least 90% accuracy, regardless if you agree or not!
#3: Ride Along, you will spend about 4 hours or so with a current DM and will visit properties, talk to staff, etc. Again, there will be a report made about you so ensure that you ask questions, participate, etc.
#4: Final interview, usually with 2 of the 3 Executive Vice Presidents. You will usually have to fly-out for this interview. This is about an hour- they will dig in to your weaknesses, DISC, and areas of concern from your Step 2 three hour interview. They will try to get you agitated, off balance, and off guard. Take your time, think before you speak, and be prepared to mirror what you said in interview #2.
