Then I had a video interview with the FP&A manager, where I was asked about my Excel and financial modeling skills, as well as behavioral questions related to teamwork and time management. The overall tone was friendly and conversational, and I was given a clear timeline for next steps.

3 rounds; started with HR/recruiter screening, followed by a round with Group-level directors who have dotted-lines down to the hiring manager; and then followed by the hiring manager.
Group-level interview was professional and structured. Went over certain technical questions.
Hiring manager round was disappointing and didn't feel like a two-way conversation. Basically just a recital of my CV.
