Initial phone call with recruiter which took around 15-20 minutes. After not hearing back for a week, I decided to follow up. She told me, "the team is a bit busy this week, I will keep you posted in case there's an update". There was never an update. Instead of rejecting you with a real reason, they avoid giving one at all. Not very professional in my opinion.
