The interview process was a mess from beginning to end. I spoke to different people at each stage and received conflicting information, including details about the clients I would be working with. For instance, the recruiter assured me that I would be interviewing for roles on global accounts with a specific set of clients. However, during the first interview, I was informed that the position was actually for UK clients. Then, in the ‘final’ interview, I was told it was for a single B2B client and not a full-funnel campaign as initially described. Additionally, during the ‘final’ interview, there were technical issues, and I ended up waiting in the Teams meeting for a while. When I finally joined, one of the interviewers appeared quite annoyed, giving me the impression that he didn’t take me seriously from the outset. Lastly, to make matters worse, I haven’t heard back since the final interview—no communication or call. They require three mandatory office days per week, unlike most agencies that offer a flexible approach, and their office isn’t even in central London. The recruiter hasn’t reached out to me since the final interview, which shows a lack of respect. Even if I had received an offer, I would have declined it. I cannot recommend this company.
