I don’t have much to say except that the recruiter was horrible during the first interaction. Aside from scheduling the initial phone screen, she never responded to any of my emails. She also didn’t show up for the phone screen video call and never apologized for it. Before interviewing and hiring engineers, the company should consider hiring a professional who can properly represent the company and its culture.
