I had an interview here at The Partnership Africa in Nairobi, and post this, there was zero communication which is deeply frustrating despite my attempt to ask for an update. Moreover, they said they looked forward to working with me in the interview but then I was ghosted, and saw on LinkedIn that someone else had been hired. I found it quite unprofessional that there was no feedback or follow-up.
