La entrevista fue informal pero extensa e incisiva. La principal función fue valorar mi situación personal y perfil profesional y explicarme la situación actual de la empresa para valorar la posición en la que mejor podría encajar.

Interview
I first interviewed for a Senior Project Manager role. I did an initial call with recruiters and 2 rounds of interviews including a presentation. The outcome was that I “wasn’t experienced enough” - which was strange since their own internal recruiters headhunted me put me forward for the role. They said they wanted me to apply for the Project Manager role instead -and, again, I did another 2 rounds of interviews and a presentation (even with some of the same people) which I thought was very unnecessary since I’d already interviewed for the Senior position. After all of this, they went with someone else. I asked for proper interview feedback and never heard back. It was a real waste of time but I’m glad of the outcome because I really didn’t get a great impression.

They were specific to my experience and my presentation. I felt a lot of the questions were the “trying to catch you out” type.
