Interview
I interviewed with Sapient GM in Oct 2016. Got the first round through campus recruiting, very casual behavioral interview. Second round was in its Boston office including one group interview to solve a logic puzzle, one behavioral and one independent case study. The case interview is more technical than other consulting ones, asking you to design a practical application and explain.
Received positive feedback from the team afterward but was told the position was canceled for some reason long time later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why are you interested in Sapient? Why technology consulting?
I had taken 3 rounds of interview:
1st round MCQ's
2nd round Technical round which went for 2 hours.
questions asked : It was all relevant questions related to .Net, Azure Angular from basic question to Azure , Angular , deployment and devOps.
3rd round Technical round which went for 45 mins.
The Panel was asking questions which was not mentioned in CV. Even if she askes you the other topics it will be related to the things which you have not worked.
Literally in every statement she was saying insulting statements like "go back and learn this thing and you will know"
Even though i mentioned that i have not worked on particular skill she was wasting the time by asking questions in and around it.
For the Management if you dont want to take the interview for the profiles and insult and ask unrelated questions please do not waste someone's time. Please dont insult and degrade someone in the interview.
Even if the interview is negative and after wasting my day on a weekend the HR has not come back with response of the interview.
