My first round of interview was a bit unorganized. I got a little lost and arrived 15 minutes late so that may have thrown everyone off schedule. My interview time was shuffled around between the interviewers because they had to meet with other candidates. After I met with one person, I was asked whether I wanted to walk around in the mall (across the street) and come back in an hour because of scheduling conflict. Thank goodness that wasn't the case and I only had to wait 10 minutes for the person. During my second interview, everything went very smoothly. The recruiter I dealt with was really interested in my feedback, and was very helpful in covering every question I had. In all honesty, I was very comfortable in the interview. Then again, it all depends on who you are meeting with. I found the culture to be very dynamic yet laid back. It was a casual environment so it was easy for me to feel comfortable. The structure is flat and there are all sorts of levels of interaction; you see a Junior Analyst sitting next to and working with the Director of Finance. As in any interview, I recommend that you cover everything you want to know about the company and your expectations of role so there won't be any surprises. Don't be afraid to express yourself - that is where the interviewers learn more about you. If you ask me, it's a way for you to gear off to other topics and loosen up. There's a ton of opportunity growth as I have learned. Great company to develop your skills and own your work.
