Pathetic process, interviewed at gurgaon sec-21, I had reached at venue on 10 am. At 11.15 went for coding round and was waiting for the feedback. Then Hr told me to leave for the day. Next week received the call from hr to come for next round, reached at the venue at right time, then hr came and told me go give first round I said I have already given the same last week I am here for second round. I had to again wait for 2 hrs just confirm the same. Hr came and said we didn’t find ur code in our system u need to give that round again. So I again given that round and after clearing it given the next technical round which was finished around 5.30 pm. Hr told me leave for the day as there is no panel for further rounds. On Monday morning, I received mail from hr from sapient noida mentioning that I have cleared the technical round and need to give managerial round only. After spending 3 weeks again received call from hr that I need to give technical round again. Upon asking why hr said process contains two technical rounds which is not true. So today I went there again for technical round which was scheduled at 11 am. I reached there at 10.45 am. After waiting for 1 hour, hr told me to wait for another 5-7 mins as panel is stuck in traffic jam. At 2 pm, finally panel came, I went for the technical discussion which took around 1 hr approx. After 15 mins of waiting in reception, receptionist told me to leave for the day. So after spending around one months no offer.:( Process of interview is worse than I expected.
