After applying online, I was contacted for a phone interview almost immediately. The phone interview was short, mainly talking about my motivation for working for Sapient and my understanding of their business. I was then invited to the interview day, which involved three interviews and a tour around their offices. Two of the interviews were relatively informal and the final was the case interview

Terrible - Incompetent HR. Worst I have ever had. HR was late to interview, kept staring on the screen reading emails during interview and had no idea I am way overqualified for the job she was soliciting. Asked the same questions over and over again as she clearly did not comprehend the answers I was giving. As a cherry on the cake, I have never heard back on the outcome of the interview.

The interview process was very easy. I didn't have the standard case interview experience, but I know some who applied for other positions did. There was a 30 session of behavioral questions with the first interviewer, 30 minutes to prepare a presentation, and 30 minutes to present/continue discussion and ask questions to a different person.
