Assessment day consisted of 3 interviews. 1)HR interview - the usual questions of tell me a time when you resolved conflict within a group 2)Domain Interview - questions related to finance and current news, tell me a time you sold/pitch an idea, how is the ftse 100 doing? 3) Case Study - 2 page case 35 mins to read and write ideas on white board. 15 mins of dialogue with "client"
