I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2021
Interview
Super quick. They're hiring like crazy and will fit you in a role that suits you no matter what you apply for. I had three interviews over three weeks and the internal recruiter was super responsive and followed me through to my first few weeks of onboarding. So the relationships were built from the beginning.
As a Salesforce Solution Architect, I'm fairly technical but not a good coder. My one technical interview was all about finding my skill and experience level. He threw me some challenging questions. But since I was honest with him, all he did was ask a few follow up questions to get a clearer sense of my capabilities. This was a very mature, intelligent, and efficient approach, which I really appreciated.
