I had three interviews over three weeks and the internal recruiter was super responsive and followed me through to my first few weeks of onboarding. So the relationships were built from the beginning. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, I'm fairly technical but not a good coder. My one technical interview was all about finding my skill and experience level. He threw me some challenging questions. But since I was honest with him, all he did was ask a few follow up questions to get a clearer sense of my capabilities. This was a very mature, intelligent, and efficient approach, which I really appreciated.
