The Sapient is one of the company who hires technically sound candidates... Rigorous technical written and verbal evaluation is carried out however they always believe in logical ability. If you are not comfortable in specific programming language you can always write pseudo code or logic to explain - it worked for me to crack the interview.
It was very decent conversational , asked about the projects and few technical questions on the skills I had mentioned in my resume and few coding questions to solve, overall good experience
