Had series of interviews with leadership to primarily discuss my experience and interviewers were forthcoming in sharing details of the organization and role. However the process was long drawn with several weeks between each round and with minimal updates.

I submitted a CV, this was then followed by a call with a recruiter who provided more information about the role, the company and also asked about my skills and motivation for the role. I was then progressed to an interview which had two interviewers.
