Interview
I was contacted my a recruiter over LinkedIn and he set up an initial phone interview. After asking a few general questions a in-house 3 hour long interview was scheduled. There was a personality interview and a skill interview were I was given a business case and an hour to solve/explain it. The next stage was a phone interview with the project managers is be working under. The recruiter worked with me through the whole process and was extremely patient and helpful.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone interview and a 1:1 in-person interview. The phone interview went over my background, career interest and other assets accumulated throughout my education. The 1:1 interview had me speaking separately with two of the team's project managers. This included an overview of the project and what would be expected of me as a Junior Associate. In addition they asked a question which was meant to see how I analyze a particular problem and the process to eventually arrive at an answer.

Interview
The first interview was a resume screen + behavioral. It's key to show lots of enthusiasm because personality and "fit" is just as important as experience and intelligence. I got 2nd round which was an all day event with 3 interviews. One was a group exercise to show teambuilding skills, one was a case presentation (presented to 1 interviewer) and one was another behavioral interview.
