Interview
Chaotic, disorganized, and unprofessional. Contacted me after hours to see if I could interview BEFORE business hours, then they were a no-show. Then I had two more rounds, and was not impressed. Both were late, couldn't answer basic questions about the job, and they did a bait and switch after telling me it was 3/2 hybrid to say it was fully onsite.
If this is how they interview, I can only imagine how chaotic it would be to work there.

Quick, easy, friendly, no fuss. To the point, good opportunity to meet future possible team and managers. Very factual and practical. Good overview and questions asked. Great feedback at the end of the process.
