Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publix (Grayson, GA) in Aug 2013
Interview
After I put my application into the kiosk, I spoke to the customer service manager, gave her my number, and was called back for an interview. I had two interviews. One with the customer service manager and the assistant customer service manager, and the next with the store manager.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Publix (Rolesville, NC) in Apr 2025
Interview
I applied online and I showed up at the job fair in both March to learn about the company and April to actually do my interview. It was for a new store they are opening in Rolesville.
