Ok so basically went to see the manager at the time in the store for my department.Because i knew someone who worked there already who recomended me and he was aware that i am a hardworker. Moreover, manager started by asking me questions then at the end he said i was hired.

They told me how good are my people skills and that i had to shave and smile alot.
Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.
