Interviewed by the store manager. They called me back about three days later. Very easy and straightforward. He put me at ease right away. He sold me on the strong Publix culture. It was much easier than I thought.

He asked about my work experience and salary. He asked about where I've lived and worked before. Basically tried to get a feel for my demeanor.

The interview process was short. I was called in days after applying to meet with the store manager for about 30 minutes. He asked a few questions then he showed me the meat department.
it was ok in the slightest way possible. the other thing was is that it is too easy of an interview. You can pretty much say whatever and you're hired.
The interview process was professional and discussed why I wanted to work at Publix and if I wanted to stay long term. Getting the interview was the hard part. I had to go into the store multiple times to ask to meet with the store manager before I was accepted for the interview.
