I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Publix (Smyrna, GA) in Jun 2018
Interview
I was interviewed on a Saturday afternoon (in June of 2018) and she hired me on the spot. She also told me my pay was $9/hr. She was very polite (I was referred by my aunt, who worked at Publix).
Organized and flowed well. Interviewer answered all questions I had for them and more. It was timely and follow process was fast and efficient. Great experience overall went well. Second interview involved job offer.

Easy process. Easy questions. Asked a lot about prior experiences and what i could bring to the table. Asked about schedule and availability as well all of which led to the personality questions.

Question 1
Tell me when you turned around a negative situation.
First, you have to take an online assessment during the application and then you get scheduled for an in-person interview if they like your responses. The assessment was pretty lengthy and had a variety of customer service and situational questions, and the interview was pretty serious for the low level position I was taking.
