Interview
Applied online, phone call week or 2 later, Initially was called for Cashier but explained I'd rather do stock and the manager liked my reasoning behind it so I was hired on spot, called 3 or 4 days later to take a mouth swab drug test, passed drug test, went in for paperwork, went to orientation the following Saturday which lasted from 9am-2:30pm. Did computer training Tuesday 4-8pm very simple. First official shift Saturday shadowing a clerk and learning to stock shelves, 2nd shift starting working mostly on my own got the hang of it very quickly. Managers very understanding and helpful. All coworkers very nice. Entire process took about 1 month from date of applying to first shift.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. You go online and submit the application. They’ll have you take one of those personality tests, and then you just wait to hear back for an interview which took like 2 week. The interview itself was also pretty easy. They just asked my availability and job expectations.
It went smoothly, they pretty much already decided to hire me. I had my drug test and initiation on the spot. The only real question they asked me was my availability.
It was honestly really tedious. It actually took longer to land the interview then to conduct the interview. But once you land the interview, you’re almost guaranteed to get the job.
