Very easy and relaxed environment. Interview was about an hour long. The questions were straightforward. At the end of the process, the manager went over briefly about Publix and employee benefits. Was offered a position right after the interview.
Interview process was very easy going and direct via zoom. The hiring manager asked questions that were behavioral-based questions. There were questions asked pertaining to past work experiences . I was asked about my availability and was I able to stand for 12 hours.
