I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publix (Lakeland, FL) in May 2021
Interview
Started with an online application, that includes several questions. Next is a short video interview. Rapid fire questions. The person did not seam attentive. Had to repeat several of my answers. Was typing the whole time. At the end let me ask questions. Put on socks while he was answering. He was working from home but in my opinion was too relaxed for an interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Publix (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2023
Interview
Interviewer very unprofessional. He kept eating when I answer questions. He asked why I'm leaving my current company, I said (because the company is based in Beijing) there were some communication issues because there was a 14-hour difference. He repeated "Okay, communication problems" to himself and took notes. I can imagine what the notes would look like.
