Initial phone screening is very informal and short- about 10 minutes. Interviewers are very quiet, don't ask many questions- just the generics such as "What makes you a good fit for the position," "Tell us a little bit about yourself," etc. They tell you the next steps if they choose you, I never heard anything back.
